There are 10 more levels coming to the Crafting skill line in RuneScape and that means that Jagex has plans for what will be added as a result. Yes, obviously there will be things added to the skill; it would be a pretty boring ten level grind without something to work toward.
Specifically, the post discusses a new Starbloom Robes armor set, a unique plant known as the Starbloom Flower that leads to the creation of this set, and the tailoring steps that players must take to craft it. A lot of digital ink is spilled over the addition of a focus window mechanic that requires players to click on related crafting tables within a set window or risk a miscut that chews up extra thread.
Other creations that can come out of level 110 Crafting include the creation of new exquisite urns, platinum jewelry, and some masterwork magic armor. All of these features are arriving with a patch on June 16th, so there’s likely at least a few more reveals planned before then.
In the meantime, players will want to be ready for updates to legendary and masterwork weapons arriving on Tuesday, May 27th. Changes on the docket include buffs to the Ek-ZekKil greatsword, a new passive effect for the Fractured Staff of Armadyl, and new set bonuses for normal and elite tectonic armor. As for masterwork weapons, those will get a passive 2% heal on hit benefit, while Jagex is exploring other benefits for this class of weapon later down the line.
